Key responsibilities:

1. Handle all the client queries on chat as well as emails
2. Educate the potential and current customers on the product and service-related information
3. Assess and identify customer needs and requirements to achieve complete satisfaction
4. Provide the clients with appropriate solutions, resolve queries, and provide alternatives within the given time limits
5. Follow all the communication guidelines, procedures, and policies

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who have earlier experience in co-curricular participation.
