About the job

Key responsibilities:

A. Lead generation & follow-up:
1. Proactively call the leads generated by marketing campaigns/inquiries from the website.
2. Qualify the leads by understanding their needs and identifying the decision-makers.
3. Maintain a strong follow-up system to nurture potential clients.

B. Sales demos & presentations:
1. Schedule and conduct live product demos of HuntMeLeads and LandinEmail to prospective customers.
2. Present the value proposition, features, and benefits of both platforms tailored to the customer's business needs.
3. Answer product-related questions during demos and address objections effectively.

C. Customer relationship management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales process.
2. Use a CRM system to track communication, schedule follow-ups, and update lead statuses.

D. Negotiation & conversion:
1. Provide timely responses to client inquiries and negotiate pricing or contract terms as required.
2. Close sales by aligning the product offerings with the client's specific pain points.
3. Convert leads into paying customers by demonstrating how HuntMeLeads and LandinEmail solve their business challenges.

E. Collaboration with marketing & support teams:
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and feedback on lead performance.
2. Work closely with the support team to ensure smooth onboarding after the sale.

F. Sales reporting & goal achievement:
1. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
2. Provide regular sales reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
3. Continuously strive to improve the sales process to increase conversion rates.

G. Customer onboarding assistance:
1. Assist newly signed-up customers with their initial setup and ensure that they can use HuntMeLeads/LandinEmail efficiently.
2. Provide basic training on how to use the platforms to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

H. Market intelligence & feedback:
1. Gather market insights and customer feedback to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new sales techniques to enhance performance.

Skill(s) required

Digital Marketing Email Marketing English Proficiency (Spoken)

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.

2. Proven ability to sell SaaS products, ideally in lead generation or email marketing.

3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

4. Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

5. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve sales targets.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year
