Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mathematics Teacher to teach students preparing for GCSE, IGCSE for 11+, AS Level, and A Level examinations. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching, excellent subject knowledge, and the ability to inspire students to achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Curriculum Delivery:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Mathematics for students at various levels (GCSE, 11+, AS Level, and A Level).
Develop and implement teaching strategies that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
Use a variety of instructional techniques and resources to enhance student learning and understanding.

Assessment and Evaluation:
Prepare students for internal and external examinations by conducting regular assessments and providing constructive feedback.
Monitor and evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and report progress to parents and the Head of Department.

Student Support and Development:
Provide additional support and guidance to students outside of regular class hours as needed.
Encourage and motivate students to achieve their full potential and develop a love for learning.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and collaboration.

Professional Development:
Stay current with developments in the subject area, teaching resources, and methods.
Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the academic community at Sehyog Academy.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve teaching and learning outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
Proven experience teaching Mathematics at GCSE, IGCSE for 11+, AS Level, and A Level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and engage students in the subject matter.

Desirable Attributes:
Experience with online teaching platforms and educational technology.
Additional qualifications or training in educational psychology or special education.
Ability to contribute to extracurricular activities or academic enrichment programs.
