As a community manager, you'll lead our online community, ensuring a safe and engaging space for users. Your role will also involve social media management to extend our reach.
Key responsibilities:
1. Community engagement: Create a welcoming environment, participate in discussions, and offer support
2. Social media management: Manage our social media presence, creating engaging content and fostering connections
3. Moderation: Maintain a respectful community by enforcing guidelines and addressing concerns
4. User support: Offer timely, empathetic responses and guide users to resources
5. Feedback gathering: Collect user insights for platform improvement
6. Community growth: Develop strategies to expand and diversify the community
Candidates with a degree in psychology, social work, communications, or a related field (preferred)
Candidates with a strong understanding of mental health
Candidates with experience in community and social media management are a plus
Tech-savvy candidates with crisis intervention knowledge
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
