About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting in manpower planning and recruitment processes.
2. Engaging in employment engagement initiatives to boost team morale and productivity.
3. Utilizing MS Office tools, including Excel and Word, for data analysis and reporting.
4. Participating in negotiation and problem-solving activities to address the challenges faced by the team.
5. Demonstrating strong time management skills to meet the task deadlines.
6. Collaborating with team members to develop and implement solutions.
7. Continuously improving your problem-solving abilities to provide valuable insights to the team.
8. Conducting 70 - 100 interviews as required by the company and releasing the offer letter of the selected applicant on an immediate basis.
9. Taking daily attendance of the team and audit the work of the team on a daily basis.
10. Clarifying the doubts of the New Joinee after the Briefing Session on the day of joining.
11. Explaining the company details and the job responsibilities to the selected employees.
12. Conducting video meetings to address the queries of the team (Only when required).
13. Perform Ad- ad-hoc responsibilities.
14. Clarify all the Valid Queries of the Team Members as and when sought (Only during Official Hours)
15. Resolve the Conflict of the Team as and when created.

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

1. Candidate should be able to handle a team of 60 - 75.

5. The candidate should audit the work of the entire team daily

6. The candidate should be able to handle the query from the team and clarify that in a timely manner

7. Candidate should be available to take Video Meetings as and when required.

8. Candidate should be able to work 6 days a week.

9. Applicant should be able to resolve the Conflict of the Team as and when created.

10. Candidate should be able to join from 3rd July, 2024.
