We are seeking a Business Development Specialist who is skilled in sales, client relations, and strategic outreach to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition through cold outreach, including emails, cold calls, and social media interactions.
2. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and onboarding clients.
3. Set appointments with key decision-makers in target industries to discuss their needs and how our services can meet them.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach tactics based on market response and feedback.
5. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and competitor activities.
6. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
7. Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline status to the management team.
