Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategies to find and secure new business opportunities within the Amazon seller ecosystem.
2. Analyze market trends, competitors, and clients to create growth plans.
3. Identify and connect with potential clients to grow the global client base.
4. Build strong, lasting relationships with Amazon sellers, brands, and partners.
5. Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
6. Qualify leads and convert them into loyal customers.
7. Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align business goals.
8. Suggest service improvements based on client feedback and industry insights.
9. Track performance metrics to assess business strategies' success.
10. Present regular updates on business development progress to senior management.
Required skills and qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the e-commerce or creative industry.
3. Strong understanding of the Amazon Marketplace and the challenges faced by Amazon sellers.
4. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop strategies accordingly.
6. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
