Required:
1. Ability to develop REST APIs for a given design or specification using the Django REST framework
2. Proficiency in creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
3. Understanding of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
4. Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
5. Knowledge of using databases like Postgres (preferred choice), and SQLite
6. Basic understanding of deployment
7. Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of the work - the fundamentals must be clear
8. Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools
9. Excellent communication skills
10. The ideal candidate is smart, confident, and can take ownership of projects
