Associate Recruiter Job (Remote)

Next You Labs is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Human Resources (HR) intern. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong English proficiency in both spoken and written forms. As an HR intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support various operations and gain hands-on experience in all facets of human resources.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews
2. Maintain employee records and update databases with relevant information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
3. Participate in the onboarding process, preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions for employees
4. Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs, both in-person and virtual
5. Support HR team in administering employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and answering related inquiries
6. Collaborate with HR team to create and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
7. Provide general administrative support, such as preparing HR reports, drafting correspondence, and organizing HR events
