1. Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process for vendors/clients in the US
2. Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers
3. Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization
4. Submit resumes to different IT requirements
5. Use different platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates
6. Screen, sort-list candidates, and line up interviews
7. Stay abreast of the IT/Software/Technology industry trends
Who can apply:
Any graduates with excellent communication skills in English.
B.Sc, BCA, B.Com, HR, marketing, sales, BA English, BE, MBA, MCA
Software/IT knowledge is highly preferred
