Key responsibilities include performing all necessary administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations and managing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Skills and qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing platforms and CRM software.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
