Administration Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand staffing needs and job requirements
2. Assist in reviewing and screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
3. Schedule and coordinate online challenges and technical interviews with subject matter experts, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place
4. Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
5. Manage candidate data and maintain accurate feedback records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
6. Organize candidates' data (e.g., resumes, assignments, and contact details) in internal databases
7. Shortlist resumes to coordinate online challenges and technical interviews with subject matter experts as needed
8. Coordinate interviews with various clients
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
10. Assume other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
2. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
4. Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
5. Ability to effectively support and manage multiple priorities
6. Technical background preferred
