As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Key responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update office records and databases using MS-Excel and MS-Word.
2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS-Office applications.
3. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team.
4. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
5. Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
6. Coordinate office supplies and equipment procurement to ensure efficient workflow.
7. Support other team members with ad-hoc tasks as needed.

1. Candidate must be available to work from 7:30 pm - 1:30 am Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time)
Annual CTC: $ 3,500 - 5,500 /year
