As a relationship manager in the pharma industry at One 2 One HR Solution, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong connections with clients and ensuring their satisfaction. Your ability to effectively communicate and fluency in English and Hindi will be essential in this role. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word, will also be required to create impactful presentations and documents.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, and labs to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure industry expectations are met and projects are executed successfully.
4. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients using MS PowerPoint to showcase services and solutions.
5. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
6. Track and analyze doctors' feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve relationships and service delivery.
7. Work towards meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth and success of the pharma company.
8. Manage internal sales team.
9. Report to the CEO directly.
