About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and onboard potential partners onto our platform
2. Conduct thorough due diligence and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
3. Build and maintain relationships with individual financial advisors to drive business growth
4. Coordinate with AMCs to address distributor needs, resolve issues, and explore collaboration opportunities
5. Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and expand the partner network
6. Provide comprehensive training sessions to internal and external teams on financial products, industry regulations, and sales techniques
7. Demonstrate proficiency in the systems and processes governing the finance industry
8. Stay updated with the latest developments, trends, and regulations in the finance industry
9. Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement and satisfaction
10. Provide feedback to internal teams on market dynamics and customer preferences to inform product development and marketing strategies

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred

2. 1+ years of experience in a similar role within the finance industry especially mutual fund, wealth management, or private banking

3. Knowledge of mutual fund products, distribution channels, and regulatory frameworks

4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and maintain long-term client relationships

5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and adapt to changing market conditions and client needs

6. NISM/AMFI certification will be an added advantage

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
