Job Overview: The Hindi-speaking outbound sales agent is responsible for generating maximum leads (targets that is set) & positive conversion of the same , building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through outbound calls to primarily vey Hindi-speaking clients. This role involves promoting and selling products or services, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Outbound Calls :
> Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Hindi-speaking regions.
> Use sales scripts and product knowledge to present and sell products or services.
2. Customer Engagement :
> Build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
> Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
3. Sales Targets :
> Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
> Track and report on sales performance and results.
4. Database Management :
> Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
> Update customer information and manage follow-up tasks.
5. Team Collaboration :
> Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals.
> Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications :
Language Skills : Fluent & Proficient in Hindi & English apart from any other Regional language.
Experience : Previous experience in sales Insurance & / Lending), telemarketing, is preferred. Experience in outbound sales or domestic call centre environments is a plus.
Sales Skills : Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills. Active listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
Personal Attributes : Self-motivated and target-driven. Resilient and able to handle rejection. Strong organizational and time management skills.
Education : A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage or a High school diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions: Full-time position with regular working hours; may require flexibility during Business needs. 2nd & 4th Saturdays are working day.
