Key responsibilities:

1. Managing a portfolio user base of close to 200+ HNIs each (existing users)
2. Educating, informing, and guiding them to invest in the platform
3. Handling their queries within defined TAT
4. Achieving revenue as well as AUM targets

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 10%
