Referral Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Proactively make calls to customers and tenants to promote the referral program and explain its benefits.
2. Lead Conversion: Convince customers to participate in the referral program and convert potential leads into active referrers.
3. Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure participation and encourage repeated referrals.
4. Incentive Communication: Clearly explain the rewards and benefits associated with the referral program to participants.
5. Data Recording: Maintain accurate records of call interactions, leads, and conversions in the system.
6. Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback during calls to improve communication strategies and identify potential areas for program improvement.
