About the job
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source talent through various available resources both traditional & Social
2. Handle traditional job portals like Naukri, Shine, etc.
3. Use social media and other channels for sourcing like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stackoverflow, Facebook, Behance, Dribble, Twitter, etc.
4. Screen the sourced resumes to see if it matches the client's needs
5. Build talent pipeline & talent mapping
6. Maintain client relationships
7. Work on building rapport with both the clients & candidates
8. Offer negotiations & background checks if required

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Office
Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities

2. Must have a bachelor’s degree in any field

3. Someone who has the drive to close deals and is aggressive

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 12,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
