Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding the requirement and sourcing using various resources/techniques such as headhunting, job portals, personal network, and existing database
2. Working on search mandates for middle and senior management positions
3. Meeting candidates (if required) and short-listing them against requirements
4. Assisting in strategizing and closing the positions
5. Working on brand ambassadors to candidates
6. Working on process management MIS (call sheets)/reviews etc.
