Position Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, this position offers to play a key role in driving recruitment efforts for our clients. This role involves end-to-end coordination of talent acquisition processes, including client interaction, candidate sourcing, and onboarding assistance. You will ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates, while contributing to the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their hiring needs.
Business Model Pitching: Present and pitch Axioms recruitment and HR service offerings (Recruitment Solutions, HR Audits, Customized Training & Development) to potential clients via calls or online meetings.
Requirement Understanding: Gather detailed requirements from clients to understand their specific hiring needs and goals.
Sourcing: Use various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.) to identify and source qualified candidates based on the clients needs.
Candidate Lineup: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with candidates post-interview and provide status updates on hiring decisions and job offers.
Background Verification: Manage the background verification process for selected candidates to ensure compliance and reliability.
Onboarding Assistance: Assist clients in the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Payment Follow-ups: Coordinate with clients for timely payment collection upon successful candidate placement and completion of services.
