Key responsibilities:

1. Recruit, screen, interview, and assess candidates
2. Attain weekly recruitment activity metrics as defined by the manager
3. Perform scheduled follow-ups and document them in the company system
4. Maintain and document candidate communication
5. Assess company and technology position requirements and appropriately match candidates to meet company needs and expectations
6. Stay up to date on emerging technologies
7. Maintain accurate applicant/candidate records in the company system
8. Consult with the internal team to gain feedback on candidate performance and any changes in required qualifications
