**Job Title: Recruiter for Bulk Hiring (IT & Non-IT)**
**Location: Gurgaon, Haryana**
**Job Type: Full-Time**
**Salary Range;- 15000 to 25000**

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for IT & Non-IT roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create customized recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates from various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Remain active on job boards and social networks, utilizing platforms for finding high-quality candidates.
- Conduct interviews using multiple methods (phone, video, email, in-person) and manage the feedback process with stakeholders.
- Create and post job descriptions and announcements to attract top candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends, continuously improving processes and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to travel as required for recruitment events or in-person interviews.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in bulk hiring and managing large-scale recruitment drives.
- Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements.
- Familiarity with content management systems and HR-specific software.
- Successful track record in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Desire to grow professionally through networking and ongoing training opportunities.
