3. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
5. Familiarity with debt collection laws and regulations.
6. DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certificate.
5. Experience with 180+ days recovery.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,76,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 24,000 /year
