Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Receptionist to join our team at Camilsons Group based in South Goa. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be a skilled multi-tasker. As the first point of contact for our company, you will provide administrative support across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
Update calendars and schedule meetings
