1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Bangalore
Proven experience as an estimator or similar position for a minimum of 3 years
Familiarity with financial and project management principles
In-depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods and estimation formulas
Exquisite math and IT ability with an analytical mindset
An experience with the Bluebeam tool is an added advantage
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
B. Tech civil engineering preferred
Good knowledge of AutoCAD
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,20,000 - 4,40,000 /year
