Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform HPLC analysis on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
2. Develop and validate HPLC methods for new products and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during testing
3. Conduct stability studies to assess the shelf life of products and maintain accurate records of all testing procedures
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve any quality issues that may arise during the manufacturing process
5. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with all quality control standards
6. Train laboratory technicians on proper HPLC techniques and mentor junior chemists to ensure consistent quality control practices
7. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the quality control department
8. Should have good knowledge to handle UV-Vis Spectro Photometer
