2. Scrutinizing reports for any discrepancies
3. Ensuring the report quality by checking for grammatical and/or contextual errors and punctuation
4. Grading reports according to specified standards and providing concise feedback to mystery shoppers, etc.
5. Working on data check all reports on a regular basis
Required candidate profile:
1. Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively and professionally in a timely manner
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and the Internet
3. Strong analytical and observation skills
4. An eye for minute details
5. Highly self-motivated
6. Responsible, ethical, and honest behavior in all tasks and responsibilities
