Quality Analyst Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure that products or services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements
2. Conduct quality audits of products or services to ensure compliance with established quality standards
3. Investigate customer complaints and concerns related to product or service quality and take appropriate corrective actions
4. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans
5. Monitor and report on quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
6. Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees understand and comply with quality control procedures and processes
7. Participate in the development and implementation of new products or services to ensure that quality standards are met
8. Ensure that all quality control procedures and processes are documented and maintained
