Role Overview:

As a Quality Analyst at Supernova, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our spoken English program. You will be responsible for conducting meticulous evaluations of mentor-student interactions, providing valuable insights, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our educational offerings.

Key responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough assessments of mentor-student interactions to ensure adherence to established quality standards
2. Feedback and Reporting: Provide detailed and constructive feedback to mentors, highlighting areas of improvement and recognizing exemplary performance
3. Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
4. Training Support: Collaborate with the training team to identify training needs based on quality assessments and contribute to the development of training programs
5. Process Enhancement: Contribute to the enhancement of internal processes related to mentor-student interactions, aiming for continuous improvement
6. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality assessment results and recommendations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Fresher or 0-1 year experience in quality analysis, preferably in an education or EdTech setting
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with spoken English teaching methodologies is a plus
