QA Officer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify defects occurring in Unit 1 (Raw Slate to Raw Pencil) to prevent them from passing into Unit 2
2. Ensure proper quality control at the initial stages (Unit 1) to enhance overall pencil quality
3. Assign a dedicated resource to Unit 1 to focus on early detection of defects, reducing downstream impact
4. Reduce rework and waste by implementing early intervention strategies
5. Prevent defects from reaching Unit 2 to save time and costs
6. Control critical-to-quality parameters in lead manufacturing and raw slate processing
7. Correct deviations in real-time to maintain consistent product quality
