Key responsibilities:
1. Work with and manage small teams
2. Work on identifying prospective LGBTQIA+ companies/ platforms as well as significant national/global activists to collaborate with
3. Assist with organizing programs/sessions to proliferate and spread increased awareness of the community and the terms with an aim to break stereotypes and myths
4. Work on actively contributing towards ideating intriguing and engaging content for our social media pages
5. Work on brainstorming new and creative growth strategies to gather opportunities for sponsorships
6. Work on identifying market trends and making recommendations based on insights; interact with strategic partners, arrange and coordinate interviews and proactively focus on employing benevolent, balanced, and diverse individuals from the community
7. Work on building trust and relationships with business leaders/clients
8. Work on producing articles/blogs centered on LGBTQIA+ representation on the company's website
9. Work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and plan includes activities to encourage healthy social relationships at the workplace
