About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Drive high-priority strategic initiatives for the offline operations team to improve new business, expansion, and day-to-day operations
2. Develop, own, and improve the analytics, reports, trackers, and dashboards for key metrics
3. Build and maintain relationships with Expansion, HR, Admin, IT, Finance, Ecom, Centers, and other cross-functional teams within the organization for project success
4. Manage stakeholder communication regarding process changes, milestone planning, and escalations
5. Build a deep understanding of all the organization's KPIs and assist leadership in making decisions and executing them
6. Ensure the project's OTD (On Time Delivery) while continuously striving to improve the project's TTV (Time To Value)
7. Identify trends and evaluate opportunities to enhance processes and execution in accordance with established SOPs
8. Track project processes, deliverables, and financials

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

7. Strong business acumen and operations skills to understand market dynamics

8. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint

9. Strong analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills

10. Ability to work independently and in a team environment

11. Experience of working in the Edtech or similar industry is a plus
