1. Set up and install media equipment such as LCD projectors, speakers, amplifiers, and DSP, including cabling and conducting
2. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong working relationships with clients
3. Ensure the flawless execution of events from a media perspective, troubleshooting and handling equipment malfunctions effectively, even under pressure
4. Focus on maintaining the proper functioning of systems, and troubleshooting issues without displaying concern to customers
5. Clean and maintain equipment, and report any damages to the manager
6. Perform electronic repair, installation, and maintenance tasks
7. Prepare MIS reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly site visits, installations, and troubleshooting activities
Requirements:
1. Resolve equipment issues promptly and aim to exceed expectations
2. Interface with customers and guests on-site to ensure their needs are met and that equipment functions properly
3. Maintain organization of tools, wiring, cables, and parts, methodically sorting and installing them
