1. Work on the implementing of the prevention projects of Arpan on the field, namely teaching children personal safety skills from the age group of 6 - 18 years in schools and conducting awareness sessions on child sexual abuse with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
2. Work on the documentation of field experiences in a timely manner
3. Manage adherence to operational protocol, including timely reporting of field activities to coordinators, ensuring regular reviews with the coordinator and manager, prevention services
Who can apply:
1. Ability to work in a large diverse team
2. Educational qualification - graduation/postgraduation in education, sociology, social work, psychology, child development, and other related fields
3. Experience in group work with children and adolescents, conducting sessions, and facilitating discussions
4. Freshers with any similar voluntary work experience will also be eligible
Salary range -
1. 21000 to 25,000/- per month +
2. 4500/- per month (travel reimbursement) +
3. 1500/- per month (therapeutic allowances)
