Program Implementation Associate (PIA) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Training teachers and enabling knowledge-sharing and hand holding
2. Working on content development and planning and conducting demonstrations
3. Reporting the maintenance of MSC models
4. Encouraging teachers to change pedagogy and inculcating ownership among teachers
5. Encouraging two-way communication with stakeholders
6. Working on school identification and creating MIS reports as per corporate requirements
7. Effectively obtaining permission from the education officer and getting a school list of government and government-aided schools
8. Making average schools into a model school
9. Working on impact assessment (analysis, program implementation, and documentation)
10. Performing other duties as assigned from time to time
11. Receiving request letters from schools
