2. Collaborating with the creative team to develop production schedules and timelines.
3. Managing and optimizing resources to maximize efficiency and productivity.
4. Tracking and analyzing project progress using MS Excel to identify areas for improvement.
5. Communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
6. Implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest standard of work.
7. Mentoring and supporting team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
