Product Designer Trainee (Early Childhood Toys) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize design thinking methodologies to identify customer needs and conduct user research
2. Generate innovative toy concepts that promote sensory development, cognitive skills, and motor coordination in children aged 0-3 years
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design concepts into the industrial manufacturing process
4. Address technical constraints and optimize designs for efficient production
5. Ensure toy designs and manufacturing processes adhere to safety and quality standards set by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS)
6. Incorporate safety features, appropriate colors, and non-toxic materials
7. Select colors and design elements that align with the purpose and play value of the toys
8. Consider developmental needs and preferences of children aged 0-3 years for engaging and stimulating designs
9. Design packaging solutions that are sustainable, eco-friendly, and aligned with environmental responsibility
10. Consider materials, space optimization, and ease of use while minimizing waste
