Qualification - Any Graduate (pass-out from tier 1/2 institute )

Salary - Upto 8 LPA

Experience - Min. 7+ yrs in construction industry (material purchase- raw construction materials, machinery too finishing goods ka knowledge . Procurement from direct manufactures. Can work on costing and establish efficient methods to procure materials and set-up a process for procurement dep. good knowledge of GST and Taxes

Job Description

Identifying Requirements: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to determine the material and equipment needs for a project.

Sourcing Suppliers: Identify reliable suppliers for construction materials (e.g., concrete, steel, lumber) and equipment (e.g., cranes, excavators) that meet the project's specifications.

Negotiating Contracts: Secure the best prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules by negotiating with suppliers while ensuring high quality.

Managing Purchases: Place orders, ensure on-time delivery, and track inventory levels to avoid project delays due to shortages.

Cost Estimation: Work with the project team to develop accurate cost estimates for procurement.

Budget Adherence: Ensure that procurement decisions are made within the projects budget, continuously monitoring costs to avoid overruns.

Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings by seeking competitive quotes, leveraging bulk purchasing, and optimizing the supply chain.
