Procurement Manager Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Management:
a. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and manufacturers in China.
b. Conduct due diligence to ensure supplier credibility and capability.
c. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.

2. Sourcing and Negotiation:
a. Request, review, and finalize quotations from suppliers.
b. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract terms to ensure cost efficiency.
c. Stay updated on market trends, prices, and supplier capabilities.

3. Order Management:
a. Place purchase orders with selected suppliers.
b. Monitor order progress to ensure adherence to timelines and agreed specifications.

4. Quality Assurance:
a. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards.
b. Coordinate quality checks and inspections before shipment.

5. Logistics & Coordination:
a. Work with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
b. Handle shipping documentation, customs clearance, and tracking.

6. Compliance:
a. Ensure all sourced products comply with relevant legal and regulatory standards, including certifications, etc.

7. Communication and Reporting:
a. Act as the point of contact between suppliers and the company.
b. Regularly update the management team on sourcing progress, supplier performance, and risks.
