1. Assist the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, from lead management to deal closure, including scheduling meetings, product demonstrations, and client follow-ups
2. Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients to provide timely responses to inquiries, updates on proposal status, and other client communications
3. Coordinate with engineering, data science, and product teams to ensure that sales proposals align with the technical and operational capabilities of the platform
4. Work closely with sales and technical teams to develop customized proposals, compelling presentations, and well-structured contracts that highlight AI-driven solutions and digital transformation services, effectively addressing the unique needs of industrial clients
5. Conduct market research to identify potential leads in key industries such as cement, steel, FMCG, chemicals, pharma, and automobiles
6. Prepare and distribute regular sales performance reports, helping the team track pipeline progress, key metrics, and forecast accuracy
7. Assist in organizing and preparing for client meetings, trade shows, webinars, and other marketing events related to AI and digital transformation solutions
8. Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, information technology, or a related field
9. Have 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within the technology, AI, or digital transformation sector
10. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
11. Show familiarity with industrial B2B markets and digital transformation technologies such as AI, IoT, and data analytics
12. Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
13. Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
14. Work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
15. Have experience working with digital transformation, AI, or IoT solutions
16. Understand B2B sales processes, particularly within industrial sectors like manufacturing, utilities, and logistics
17. Be familiar with AI-driven solutions, data analytics platforms, or enterprise-level software sales
