Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Coverage:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of the event and exhibits.

2. Deliverables: Provide the following:
- Edited, high-resolution photos (JPEG format)
- Highlight video
- Raw data
- Reel format clips

3. Editing and Post-Production: Edit photos and videos to ensure:
- Color correction and grading
- Sound design and mixing
- Visual effects (if required)
- Branding consistency (logos, watermarks, etc.)

4. Delivery Timeline:
- Submit all deliverables within the given timeline

5. Additional Services
- Drone coverage
- 360-degree photography
- Time-lapse photography
- Same-day edits
