Payroll Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including full-time and contractual employees
2. Administer end-to-end payroll activities, including verifying time and attendance records, deductions, and adjustments, ensuring compliance
3. Maintain and update employee payroll records, including tax and deduction information
4. Respond to payroll-related inquiries and provide support to employees regarding payroll issues
5. Collaborate with cross-functional departments for financial reporting, tax filings, and compliance with payroll-related regulations
6. Train and support managers and supervisors in conducting effective performance reviews and feedback sessions
7. Monitor and analyze employee performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
8. Coordinate the performance appraisal cycle, ensuring timely completion of reviews and documentation
9. Recommend and implement improvements to the performance management process
10. Assist with HR tasks and responsibilities as needed, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
11. Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all HR policies and regulations
12. Stay informed about changes in labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to payroll and performance management
13. Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation
