We are seeking an experienced 'Spoken English and Soft Skills Trainer' to conduct communication and soft skills training for college students. The role involves guiding students to enhance their language proficiency, interpersonal skills, and professional development. The objective is to prepare students for job placements by improving their overall personality, confidence, and employability skills.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive spoken English training, focusing on fluency, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
2. Deliver engaging soft skills training, including public speaking, presentation skills, teamwork, time management, and leadership.
3. Develop customized training programs based on students' needs and industry requirements.
4. Mentor and coach students to improve their communication skills and interpersonal behavior.
5. Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and other interactive sessions to enhance job-readiness.
6. Provide feedback and assessments to students to track progress and areas of improvement.
7. Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence-building.
8. Collaborate with placement cells and career counselors to support students in securing job placements.
9. Stay updated on current trends and best practices in soft skills and communication training.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Madurai
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, or any related field.
2. Proven experience as a Spoken English and Soft Skills Trainer, preferably in a college or training institute.
3. Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills.
4. Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
5. Proficiency in designing and delivering interactive and effective training programs.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
7. Experience in guiding students for job interviews, group discussions, and campus placements is a plus.
