As a sales employee for stall operations, you will be responsible for setting up and managing sales stalls at various locations throughout the NCR region. Your role will involve actively engaging with customers, demonstrating our products, and closing sales to achieve targets. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent sales skills, communication abilities, and a passion for providing a great customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
1) Set up and manage stalls at different marketplaces, exhibitions, events, and shopping areas across NCR.
2) Actively engage with potential customers, demonstrating product features and benefits.
3) Provide detailed product information and address customer queries to drive sales.
4) Achieve daily and weekly sales targets by effectively pitching products and converting leads.
5) Handle payment transactions and ensure accurate cash handling and record-keeping.
6) Maintain a clean and attractive stall display, ensuring products are neatly arranged.
7) Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the management team for improving sales strategies.
8) Assist with stock management, including receiving, arranging, and keeping track of inventory at the stall.
9) Adapt to varying customer needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
10) Be flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as needed for maximum sales opportunities.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Faridabad, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Noida and neighboring cities
1) Should have proven experience in sales, preferably in on-ground retail or stall-based selling.
2) Should have the ability to effectively pitch products and close sales.
3) Should be self-motivated with a target-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
4) Should have good organizational skills, including cash handling and inventory management.
5) Should have a willingness to travel within the NCR region and work at various stall locations.
6) Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extra hours if required.
7) Should have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
8) Must own a smartphone for communication and record-keeping.
9) Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
