Proven experience as an end-to-end IT and non-IT Recruiter.
Good understanding of technical skills and industry needs.
Expertise in full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiation, and candidate closure. Demonstrated track record in candidate hiring and management.
Proficient in utilizing job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster) and other open source platforms, with a well-established pipeline of passive candidates.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience in maintaining an internal candidate database, organized by skill set.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as an HR Recruiter.
Strong proficiency in English.
Bachelor's degree required.
Expertise in various sourcing techniques.
Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
