Designation: Parent Relationship Manager (Only Female)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Counsel the parent of the student on admission, and convince them to get admission as per the policies and procedures.
2. Need to offer solutions to applicant problems and requests regarding admission via telephone or F2F and in writing.
3. Review student records, input data, and generate letters and/or lists utilizing applicant databases.
4. Work closely with the zonal heads for school admission in making admission decisions for school programs.
5. Maintain good relationships with parents to understand the parent's needs and cater to their requirements.
