Packaging Development Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on packaging design and development support process
2. Support the artwork development process for packaging material
3. Develop packaging material regulation-wise for all Asian countries, Europe, the Middle East, America & Canada region
4. Work on supplier development and management with audit coordination
5. Work on preparation and revision of master packing material specifications, BOM, and part code creation
6. Handle artwork, printing material & data management
7. Work on packaging machine development process and support
8. Work on troubleshooting/problem-solving in every aspect
9. Work on material arrangement as per the requirement with requisitions
10. Work on the development of printed laminate pouches, shipper boxes, PET bottles, labels, etc.
11. Work on the utilization of packaging material for cost-saving
12. Coordinate and interact with internal & external customers, plant & different suppliers, etc.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Graduate in Science with post graduation diploma in packaging, with FMCG industry experience of 2-3 years is preferred
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Should have handled artwork coordination with various stakeholders from creation to production for new products as well as for existing products
