Outreach & Partnerships Associate Job

University Living is a global student housing marketplace that helps international students find the best place to stay near university campuses around the world. Currently, our platform offers 1.75 Mn beds in 35K properties across 265+ international education hubs in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore & UAE. Students can consult a 24/7 support team of accommodation experts to discover, compare, and book value-for-money accommodation based on their budget, desired location, and other personal preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify, connect, sign up, and improve the supplier portfolio by adding more providers (PBSAs/HMOs) for top Universities across the globe (or a defined region) by understanding the student housing and business needs.
2. Should be able to efficiently manage the contracts with the providers.
3. Representing University Living at various education fairs, ensuring that the products, services, and product lines that fall under their brand resonate with current and potential Clients.
4. Ensure process documentation and cascade of the processes to the Sales team to facilitate the booking process.
5. Should be able to act quickly on ad-hoc requirements.
6. Should be able to independently create Dashboards, MBR and QBR.

Required Skills:

1. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
2. Self-motivation to work independently and with a strong work ethic.
3. Ability to work in a team and adapt to new and evolving processes.
4. Must be flexible with PST time zone shift timings & week offs.
5. Hunting and farming of the prospects and partners.
6. Multitasking and inter-team coordination.
