Optical Fiber Trainer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Train students on the splicing machine
2. Work on installation & commissioning of optical fiber cable
3. Work on laying, jointing, blowing & testing the effectiveness of cable joint
4. Develop competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace
5. Communicate to the students about training objectives
6. Review training content & timely upgrade
7. Motivate the students for placement
8. Ensure training delivery is in line with training objective & as per quality framework, QP
9. Conduct various activities during training to maintain students' interests
10. Monitor class attendance
11. Ensure referrals from the students for upcoming batches
12. Carryout the internal assessments
13. Ensure soft skill training such as Interpersonal skills, communication skills, behavioral skills
14. Ensure proper MIS reports to H.O.D

Skills & Requirements:

1. Knowledge of various tools pertaining to respective job roles
